I have a dwarf calla in a pot that is making fruit. At this point the stem has lengthened as if to reach water or boggy ground and the fruits are plump and pale green. How can I tell when to harvest the seed (color of fruit, splitting of pod, or what ever) and how should I handle the fresh seed (soil, temp and water conditions)? Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks
Elizabeth
