At first I tough these might be flea beetles but I cannot find a photo to match them in the net. They do jump if you touch them, they will walk first but once you get about to touch then they jump. That white tail will come off if I am quick enough to pinch it with my finger. You can see some "honey dew" coming out of the one at the bottom, very similar to what you will see in aphids but that is no aphid... At top of my finger (lower right side of the frame) you can see a staple, that staple crown is 1/4 inch 18 ga so you can get an idea of the size of the bug. I hate killing helpful insects but I could hardly see one Monday and now they are plentiful so I need to take care of them if they are harmful to my vegetables and I am not waiting until my plant start to die. This is the third website I try...
Thanks for anything that y'all can do.

A Plant Hopper nymph of some kind, I think.

Yes, it is confirmed, leafhopper. I went the next day and see many leaf hoppers in my cucumbers and lot less of those nymphs. Funny thing, the eyes are just the same redish colored eyes... I let them have a bit of medicine and them and the caterpillars/worms are gone... Thanks!!!
