HELP!!! How do I create a new JOURNAL?

Hi all!!
I am new and I have read that the Default Journal is impossible to delete, so I want to create my own journal.
How do I do this??? I need really detailed instructions because I cannot find anything on this website!

1. Go to "My Tools" tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page
2. go to "my gardening journal"
3. Underneath "main menu" header, click on "manage journals"
4. In the box on the next page, type in the name you want for your new journal and click submit

Hi again:
Sorry to be dumb...but I cannot find any tab that says "manage journals". I cannot get past "default journal".
The FAQ on Journals does not help me with this.

Oh, I think it's because you didn't 100% finish journal setup yet. You need to keep going and finish setup first before you can do what I said above. So do what it tells you here and add some statuses. There may be a few more screens like this where you have to do things to finish setup, just do those and once you get all the way through with the setup steps you'll be able to do what I say above. Don't waste a lot of time thinking about what all you want your statuses and whatever else to be, just put stuff in to get through setup. You can always change things later once you're able to create a new journal.
