Found this small insect on the underside of a Bell pepper leaf eating holes in it. Location is Southern Maine. Have never seen anything like this
here or anywhere. Any ideas ?? Thanks, kdcon

Looks like a Plagiometriona clavata - Clavate Tortoise Beetle
