CLOSED: Identify spider?

This is a stock photo, but matches exactly what we found. Many friends have told us this is a black or false widow, but no one was certain. Does anyone know what this is?

The photo comes from this page where it is described as a Black Widow:

It does appear to be a Latrodectus sp. at least.

Thank you for that! The page on which we saw this photo from a google search did not indicate the type of spider. Thanks for finding the source and confirming.
