CLOSED: Unknown Insect Egg

Does anyone know what this is? It is on a tomato leaf and appears to be eggs in some sort of cocoon. I am trying to determine if these are good or bad, thanks.

Good guys - pupae of parasitic wasps. The larvae had emerged from the caterpillar they were feeding in before spinning their cocoons.
