Hello, im from a small community in central mexico and we have recently been infested with thousands of these tiny bugs that bite. They are really small. I hope these pictures help. local authorities dont know what they are. At first we thought they were bed bugs, but upon a closer look we realized they dont look like the bed bugs we are familiar with here in mexico.
Please help us identify. That will lead us to the next step which is how to get rid of them

These appear to be nymphs of a plant-feeding bug, but are too small to identify further. Many plant feeding insects will 'bite' but they are not dangerous in any respect.
