Anyone Know how to Propagate Concord Grape Vines and When??

I have a friend who is moving from her childhood home and is sad to leave her fathers Concord grapevine behind. She is not a gardener and wants me to propagate her fathers grapevine and plant it on my property. I am under great pressure to do this right so any help would be very welcomed.
