My apple seedlings are sprouting and one of them has half white/red/green leaves!

Is it getting enough light?
That little plant looks like the tips of the leaves got sunburned at some point, perhaps when they first emerged.
Both the seedlings emerged at the same time and as you can see from its healthy sibling are getting enough light.
as you can see the plant is recovering. The most recent growth closest to the stem is green. I would not worry. sometimes the seed has an injury that affects the first two leaves but the plant goes on to do well.
