I live in New Orleans, very close to wooded area.
Ive noticed this spider in my bathroom before, to find it hiding behind things.
It only came out at night.
Tonight i noticed how fairly HUGE it was and got a closer look to find out it had a marking on it.
I am believing it's a brown widow but I would like to know for SURE.
Excuse the mess its termite season and they are EVERYWHERE.
Not a brown widow, but in same family - looks like a cobweb spider in genus Steatoda; not dangerous.
