CLOSED: unknown spider in house

This spider was crawling on the floor of my kitchen in Northwest Indiana. It is a little smaller than a quarter. Any ideas what it is?

Thank you so much for the ID Flapdoodle. I caught that one and released it outside.

Since your post I've been reading about this spider & am totally grossed out. It says, "Ground spiders do not build webs for prey capture, but are active nocturnal hunters, mostly of other spiders." It eats other spiders....ewww!
