What appears to be a moth but has no visible antenna I found this hanging on a tomato plant that is growing under lights on my back porch in Southeast Oklahoma it was about 1.250" wide and slightly longer
Need help
That is certainly a moth. Some moths rest with their antennae folded back under the leading edge of the wings. It could be in the family Noctuidae, but I have so far been unable to identify it. Post your pictures to our Insect and Spider Identification Discussion Forum: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/bugid/all/
and someone may be able to name it for you,
Ken
