Anyone have a Shademaster Honey Locus tree

I would like to know if anyone has a Shademaster Honey Locus tree and what your likes and dislikes are about it?

Would I be paying to much for one that is 12 to 15 feet tall at $120.00?

Does anyone have birds nest in the tree?

Would you buy another one?

I plan to put it by a Patio and yet let it shade my house. Since I have roses and coneflowers around the Patio I thought it would be a nice tree there.
