CLOSED: What is this strange hairy bug?

I just found this strange creature in a park. There were patches of white hair on the back and at the side. Underneath I could see long brown jointed legs and 2 antenna. It clawed slowly on a log. Never encountered anything like this before and could not search its identity on the web so far. Hope somebody could enlighten me on this! Many thanks!

Could be a scale insect (Coccoidea) in family Monophlebidae -
