Looks like a carpet beetle in genus Anthrenus.

You need to locate the food source(s) for their larvae (the damage-causing stage) and eliminate/secure that. See http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/fabric/furniture_carpet_beetle01.htm for an example.
