Small, oval flying 6 legged bug!

I have about 25 or so of these escaping into my house. I see them mostly near the windows. They have wings but don't use them a lot. They are about 1/4 of an inch long and 1/8 inch wide. They have 6 legs and a hardish top. Does any one know what they are?? Thanks!
