Sorry about poor macro pic quality, I haven't used any camera but my phone in some time. The last pic has it over a quarter for an idea of scale.

Found inside tool shed, .5 miles from beach in Half Moon Bay California.

Anyone know what it is?

Thanks LadyAshleyR for the clue, really narrowed the google search.

Looks to be more specifically Steatoda Triangulosa.
