I've found two of these; one under my bed and one in my daughter's playhouse. It sort of looks like a shrimp with a horn on its rear end. I thought it may look like a "spricket", but it doesn't have legs. Did the legs fall off or is this another type of insect?
Insect with horn on its rear
Does seem to be a female camel/cave cricket (aka 'spricket') missing most appendages. The 'horn' is its egg-laying organ (ovipositor).
