CLOSED: Black widow?

Hi,
Today I found a hole in the ground that's filled with webs,
A second after, I saw this spider walking around in there,

I caught it and put it in a jar just to be safe, but I'm curious about if that's a black widow,

I'd be happy to know what you people think that this is,
