How do u germinate ligularia? Have tried it in my greenhouse & wintersowed it & nothing...

Ligularia sp. seeds are easy to germinate in moist medium at room temperature. Stratification isn't required (though it does no harm, of course).
Perhaps your seeds weren't fertile or perhaps what appeared to be seed was actually chaff?
Yes could be. Did get them in a trade so hard to tell..
