To increase you lignt production ten fold. Take aluminum foil & install it on the ceiling of the light fixture & sides (Bright Sides of the foil facing the plants) This will increase the brightness (Foot Candels). I find it to be very usefull & productive. I always use a time on the light to control the amout of daylight (16 hours - on & 8 off). Jake

Mylar emergency blankets are great for reflecting light too.I picked some up in a local Walmart in the camping section. Amazon sells them too. Pretty inexpensive.
