I live in the basement of an apartment in Brooklyn so I get a lot of bugs from the backyard. I have found a few of this little red bug around my bed now (3rd one). At first, I was terrified it was a bed bug but I looked at it closely (even under a microscope!) and it's body has no segmentation. It appears to have 6 legs and possibly 2 antanae (unless those are also legs... but they are right above the face area...). The legs looked kind of furry under the microscope. The bug is probably only about 2mm to 3mm in size and moves slowly. Any ideas?
Thanks!
