Was this spider associated with a web of any kind, or was it just wandering about?

i found this one in my bedroom and another two of them in my garden in the last month. the 3 was alone and i didnt see any web. the spider have a tatto that remind a cross. but when i checkd and compared it to other spider it wasnt the same
