Tiny black insect eggs on fruit tree?

FU, United States(Zone 9b)

These eggs are underneath a leaf from my Orange tree. They are extremely small and were layed in a very uniform pattern, and they appear to be black and possibly some are gray. Are these eggs from an annoying insect or ones from a nice insect? Sorry the photo is blurry, I will get a clear shot of them tomorrow night and post it here.

Ok, here are some better and clearer photos of the tiny eggs on a leaf of my fruit tree ...

Whatever they are, they've been heavily parasitized. Most appear to have exit holes made by emerging wasps, and a couple of very tiny wasps are visible at lower left.

You're right, looks like tiny wasps or flies around them. Guess I will just get rid of any leaves that have these particular eggs on them.

Thank You for your reply :]

possibly shield bug or stink bug eggs....there are many species of both though...can't narrow it down.

I have these little black pin prick sized round things too. Mine are not all together like yours. Mine are just dotted around the stem, top side sand bottom side of leaves. They are raised up, but sort of flattened out on the top- like the shape of a fresh baked pie, but obviously much smaller.
They are very hard and I actually have to scrape them off. They appear to have one little white string-like part that helps them stick to the leaves and stems.
SO BIZARRE!
I just keep Neem oiling everything and watching closely. I am so curious what these are though.
Any other info or suggestions would be great!
