I talked with pbtxlady (Pattie) on FB and she's not a DG member any longer and has several other commitments that day. She's not sure if she'll be able to work it out in order to attend.

No not yet, but it is still a little early. Frostweed will do the list, since I will be occupied the week before RU.

I'm sorry I haven't been around on DG. The older I get, the more I tend to forget gardening and hibernate during the winter. Then in early spring I have to do all the stuff I didn't do when it got cold.

Also sorry I can't make the RU. We will be in Stephenville that day. I hate that--I'll miss seeing everyone! I have a hosta that I've been keeping for Sylvia, and a bog sage that I promised last fall to Anna. Both are looking pretty good right now, so I want to get them to their homes before we have more heat and drought! Is anyone driving through this part of town, that these plants could hitch a ride with?

Is that the 'Twister' hosta I brought for Sylvia? Sure hope so, because if not I have dumped it.

Btw, if you travel I-20 to get to Stephenville, you will be just two or three blocks from my house. You can drop those off on your way if it's before 10a that morning; or another day if you are going down earlier in the week. You will be missed.

Yes, Sheila, it's the Twister. I thought for a while I had lost it, but it's back and going full steam ahead. Very cute. :)

I just might drop that and the other things by your house. Which part of I-20 are you near? Sometimes we take 30 till it ends in FW, but we can get on 20 instead if we need to. Not sure yet which day we're going. We're a bit up in the air because we didn't get our usual motel reservation this year, and also because we're sticking around for the Beach Boys Thurs night. But right now the plan is to go Friday morning.
