So my tiny chihuahua (1.5kg) was found curled up in a ball and then slept for almost 4hours. She also had bits of silk web on her.
Later when she went outside we followed her to a Potted Plant where she was scratching at the base. And.....Out came this spider.
She was scratching at it and it was kind of rearing up as tho fighting back.
Anyway it doesnt look like our common Red Back, as i get many of these that meet the bottom of my shoe!!
Any idea what this is?
Kinda resembles a Black House Spider.... any ideas?
Am stalking my puppy like crazy now so nothing happens to her.
