We have removed all the lemons because of the freeze and now I want to know if I should trim it back now. It has gotten out of bounds and I need some help. Thanks Elaine
trimming Meyers lemon tree
I would probably wait until you're sure you won't have any cold snaps...trimming it could stimulate new growth, and new growth will be more susceptible to frost damage.
Thank you and that will probably be in March or early April. I just did'nt want to kill the new flowers. This tree has been a great provider of lemons. I have given many away. Elaine
