Yes this is our spring here been in the 80's seems for ever we still could get a cold snap before its said and done with. All my fruit trees have either buds or small fruit i hit them with the fertilizer early this year paying off now. Flame Grapefruit love these

what is flamed Grapefruit ? thought gf Came from a tall tree like lemons > My dad loves grapefruit my other question is why are they called Grapefruit when they are not Grapes . ? it should have been named sourFruit.

yes i know what a grapefruit is but your plant looks like a bush close to the ground is it or will it grow ito a tree with the grapefruit on them??

This will be last post here the 8 inch sticks I started off now are as tall as me most have flowered. The last 2 pic's are Rachel's Island one of my favorites for sure. By tomorrow she will color up and drop her second skirt. You can see had to take the plastic off plants where growing crooked

dana What size pots do you grow the Brugs In ???? its going to be in the 70's & rain tomorrow so going to take my cuttings out for the day to enjoy some sunshine & Rain :) time for me to lay back for the night

IT IS 52* RIGHT NOW & this time last year we had over a ft of snow . up to 70 today . 80's next week for a few days
well off to get my critters fed happy gardening .

Love looking at all these pictures of blooming brugs. My two week old cuttings are outing out new growth and happy but still look like sticks in pots. Someday they will grow up.... Just an anxious first time brug grower.

Wouldn't you know--put my two rooted cuttings in the ground Sunday and tonight we had rainstorm with hail. Peeked out just now when rain paused and miraculously looks like minor leaf damage, most of the leaves look fine. Didn't investigate too closely since I'm in my nightgown, I'll investigate in the morning.
