Hi friends I've found this insect on my growing Hibiscus plant leaf.Please identify and tell the name..Is it friendly or harmful.I am attaching one more pic of bug when I placed it on ground.

Note the curvy back of this insect from the shadow.Pls ID.And tell me if it is harmless.
