I'm finding these bugs all over my house and have no idea what they are.

looks like carpet beetle larvae to me.
is your infestation mild or are they all over?

if they are just a small cluster thereīs no harm, simply get rid of them and cover any food/ dried food so the canīt reach it. also make sure to clen out any dead insects (they also serve hide beetle larvae fo food)

If there are a lot of larvae everywhere you have an infestation. If that is the case you need to clean up and search for their source. If that source is a scource of food get rid of it, kill any larvae that comes across you and your done.
if theyīre coming through a hole or you canīt make out where they`re coming from, there might be a cadaver of insects or maybe even rodents somwhere in the wall or somewhere else. in that case you might wanna call an Exterminator.
Hide beetles/larvae are not harmful to humans.
