Can someone help me id this bug and suggest a treatment - I dont want to use anything too toxic as most of my yard caters to the butterflies. However I dont want this to spread!
There is one in the center, but also look at the upper left where one is under the leaf edge.

Looks Like Mealybugs. Insecticidal soap or Neem Oil works well and I don't think they will harm the butterflies. Wait for someone else to come along to confirm or deny that.
