CLOSED: This may be an immature true bug

Brooks, OR

Found in July, crawling on wall outside, using antennae as "feelers". Tiny, it measures only 5mm. Base and mid antennae appear swollen, tips of antennae are tiny, thread-like. Legs are apple green in color. Wings not yet apparent, could be immature. Also, it moved real fast once captured. LOCATION: Western Oregon, Marion Co., Willamette Valley PLEASE LOOK @ REPLY FOR CLEARER IMAGE...Can anyone ID this please?

This is another picture of the possible "immature true bug" I had just posted. I think it is a clearer image.
