This guy (or girl) has made a home outside the business I work at and my boss wants to get rid of it. So far I've convinced him to not kill it but I would like to know what it is. Picture isnt the best but hopefully someone will know what kind it is. Thanks for any help you can give
A lovely female Orbweaver and not harmful. Glad you got the boss to not kill her. If you can relocate her, the boss might let you keep her.
