Can anybody identify the attached?
It looks like it could two two halves of an insect, perhaps it flew into the pillowcase when it was drying outside.
Or perhaps it's not a bug at all.
Can anybody help?
Many thanks in advance.
CLOSED: Strange 'bug' found in a bed?
The bottom fragment is the end of an abdomen of an earwig. Can't see enough detail on the upper piece to guess at it.
The upper portion is the thorax/wings of the earwig. Many earwig species can in fact fly, but more likely it was already living in your house when it got into your bed.
