I've never seen a bag like this one. Can you all please help ID it? It is half an inch wide, looks like a glob of dried mud covered with spikes, and is attached to the Buddleia 'Pink Delight' in such a way as to hang like a tiny Christmas ornament. Found in central Mississippi in October.
