CLOSED: What is this spider?

It looks like a Daddy Long legs, but he has a bright green body?
I found him on the ceiling of my front porch. I live in the Sierra foothills of California.
Have you seen one?

It's hard to tell from that pic. it could be a Green Lynx or Long Jawed Orbweaver.
