CLOSED: please, which fly is this?

this fly is half the size of common house fly. about 3 mm. six legged and bottle green body. only two wings. and a rather smaller stomach compared to its breasts. its eyes are dull orange colored.

I visited the link you gave and found the pic submitted by Sameer Rao to be exactly same. but the pic don't give complete details of this fly apart from Dolichopodidae.
hope some one knows and reply.

This family includes more than 7000 species (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dolichopodidae), so your chances of getting a specific identification are very slim unless you find a specialist on that group.
