this stark green body and black eyed beetle was found in Mumbai city, India in 2010 November month. it has six legs and a pair of antenna. it has a phony set of smaller eyes just above its real eyes. its size is very small, about less than 5mm. this image is a super macro image.

now i am sure that this stink bug is :

unfortunately, now i just can't find the device in which i stored some 5 five closeup images that i uploaded here last year.

Re: Hemiptera also known to us in New Zealand as an Australian Green Shield bug. They can leave a pungent smell on your fingers if you touch them.
