Very amazing looking. It came from outer space, I mean it's living in a metal awning. I moved a 2X4 and messed up it's web. Shot is looking up at the thing on a 2X4. Really don't want to send it away. It must eat a lot of bugs. I tried to look at all 158 pages but could't handle it. I'm NOT spider friendly. Located just south of Yosemite at 3,000 feet.
No worries on messing up her web. She'll make a new one. An Orbweaver in the Genus Araneus and very beneficial.

They do tend to startle on first encounters. ^_^
