Hi. I would like confirmation that this is a "Western Spotted Orbweaver". It is similar to a photo I found on the web, but the poster was not completely sure of the species. Thanks for your help.

I agree with the ID of Neoscona oaxacensis - Western Spotted Orbweaver. A great spider to have.

@bokisan It's still alive, but not sure for how much longer.I found the spider flailing around injured when I was pressure washing my house. If I return it to the wild, it will die for sure. I have a 30 gallon aquarium that it is in now. It has a better chance to survive in that than it does outside. Thanks for your concern.
