A little, a lot, passionately!

This design seems a bit theoretical!
Step 1: Identify a flower ready to open.
At what time? .... the night before, the new flower is 1 inch long .... so we must be up at 3 am to get an 2-3 inch flower.
Step 2: Open the flower on the side and cut out the stamens.

Stop ... That sounds impossible to do .... without making collateral damage !.... we should be a little mouse to do this properly!

Step 3 : Put a bag to prevent nocturnal insects starved for a visit the site......Going to sleep one hour .

Step 4 :At 3 hour and a half take off the bag .... wait until the flower opens and proceed to hand pollination.

Stop! he is dreaming ! .... we opened the side of a flower and it opens naturally!

The other steps I agree!

You do the same?

I've just been tying the open corolla with string to artificially close the flower after transferring pollen. Seems to work (so far).

LOL@Karen! Perhaps robomoth too?
