CLOSED: Spider type?

Just wondering what this spider is. I live in the woods near Baltimore Md. I have found both black widows and brown recluses near my house, but wondering what this guy or girl is? It is large about the same size as a large female black widow.

An Orb Weaver. Araneus sp. We've been getting lots of requests for IDs on these.
