It has the shape of some common orb weavers that have been posted recently.
TOnight it may make its web near where you found it.

It has a face on its back? im worried its poisonous is the web a better way to identify it?

I'm no pro but feel sure it is not a black widow or brown recluse, and those are the two biggies as far as dangerous bites.

Try googling images of "yellow spider" or 'orange spider canada", or even spider face (that one may get some really whacky images though) etc and see if you can match a picture.

It's an Orb Weaver. A Four- Spot Orb Weaver, if I'm not mistaken.
