As I was going out to turn on the watering system, I came across this spider in a corner of my front porch. A bit curious about spiders after having seen this one, I went to see if I could find more around the house. My garage houses quite a few of them, and upon closer inspection, there seems to be many of at least a similar, if not the same kind. I'd like to know more about these spiders - they don't seem to appear in my searches elsewhere online and I had a hard time identifying them.

This guy was the one under my porch.

This was one of the ones in my garage. Not quite sure what the bulbous dark red things are.
CLOSED: ID these spiders?
My 1st thought was a Fishing Spider of some kind. But on closer inspection, my 2nd thought was a Harvestman of some kind. I'm curious to find out, too. Those large bulbous things in front would be male pedipalps.
I actually wondered whether if it was a spider at all when I was looking at the pictures. There was only one very distinct body part ( I thought I just couldn't see the second). However, all of those guys were hanging around on webs, which wikipedia says Harvestman doesn't have. Could they have gotten caught in another spider's web?
A bit more information I'd neglected to add: the largest one was about 2 inches, legs stretched out and all. They seemed very calm, refusing to move when I moved the surrounding objects for pictures or even poked at them a little with long pieces of grass.
These are only the remains of a spider molt (skin). Spiders shed their skin when they grow as do many arthropods. The bulbous things appear to be from the chelicerae (mouthparts). No wonder they didn't move much when poked!
Which would explain a lot. Thanks, FP.
:O That's so cool! Thanks!
Hmm... would I be able to identify the kind of spider it came from? Or would that be pretty hard now...
