Identify a Dragon Fly - not sure of order, family, genus...

I'm not real good with dragonflies but it looks like one of the Spotted Spiketails.

I believe the Order is Odonata and the Family is Cordulegastridae.

It does have white markings vs yellow/gold - going to classify it as:
Odonata
Cordulegastridae
Cordulegaster
boltonii
