My wife discovered it this morning in our back patio (San Diego, CA).. Moving, but pretty much in the same spot for about 4 hours.
Bright yellow-green body, about 3/4" from mouth to abdomen. Outstretched legs from front to back is about 3". Yellow to whitish legs, with black polka dots by the cephalothorax, and black spiky "hairs."
I'd appreciate the ID. Thank you much!

CLOSED: Cool Green Spider!!! What kind is it?
After some quick research..
It appears to be a Green Lynx Spider: http://www.google.com/search?q=green+lynx+spider&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=n68&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&prmd=ivns&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=0LNrTpqUELLViALv9rHRDg&ved=0CDoQsAQ&biw=1597&bih=793
Can any spider expert corroborate?
