The picture isn't the greatest but it's the best one that I took. I tried getting him to extend out...it's like his body was tucked under the back end and his body was a reddish color...but he jumped and I flipped out and ran. Can someone id him with the shot that I did get???
Others will do better than I could. My 1st thought was a Crab Spider of some kind, but on closer inspection, possibly not. I wouldn't worry about it, though. Most spiders will not bite unless forced into it.
