Trading

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

Does anyone ever trade books for ? I think it would be nice to have a place to trade books or garden mags. for plants, seeds, bulbs, other gardening type books or whatever any one agrees on.

Doesn't this appeal to anyone?

I love books and have tons. Even trading books for books would appeal to me. Book rate shipping on a box of books would be cheaper than buying one book. Is there a book trading site somewhere? I think it's a great idea.

JoanJ,
I don't know of a site. Maybe Dave will give us a garden book trading site.

Good idea, HoniBee. Maybe a site for discussion of gardening books and magazines as well as trading them? John

There is a bookworm forum that could probably handle this. maybe?

I like trading anything (books, craft materials etc) You can get a good book rate in the states; somewhat more expensive to send to Canada (I think though , it may be cheaper if under 4 lbs.) I just sold a several romances on a book trading site to a lady in Canada--shoebox full of paperbacks, cost $16 in postage.
I have lots of gardening books, magazines etc. would be interested---Next Spring--too late in the season for me.

Somebody ask Dave for a forum.
