I would like to know if there is another very good gardening forum as good as Dave's Garden?
This one is very hard to beat.
Al through you may learn as much on another forum and have different questions and answers on another one.
Looking for another very good gardening forum
I've tried others. Not even close.
I was a member of Garden Web but left it to come here. I hear they have a different administrator now, so it might be worth checking out.
yahoo has some gardening forums that may actually be in your area, and of course cubits, but for my 2 cents worth you can't beat DG.
I tried others..
Blossom Swap, Tinker's, Hallsons......just depends on your interest,

Meant to say, I've tried others and this is MY home...absolutely perfect..sure have personally met a lot of DG members through visits and got to say all represent themselves exactly as they are..love gardening, community wanted me to put mine on the tour but had no time, most of what I did learn came from dg...
eyes, you made me go look up toadsuck, TX! rofl.
This is a very hard one to beat.
Always nice to have 2 nd. one to fall back onto.
You never know what you might learn from another one that has not been brought up on DG.
I get a monthly magazine from our Electric Membership Co-op and they have a gardening page. Two onlyine plant swap resources were mentioned.
www.plantswap.net and www.worldplantexchange.com
I'm not sure what to think of the second one because swapping plants internationally seems to me to invite new species of insects, however, I will definitely check it out and ask abou that.
Hope this is helpful to some of you.
I have made friends with a member of DG that lives in Canada, and we can not swap plants. There are some states that you are not suppose to swap plants with so I have read, but we swap lots of information and pictures with are wonderful.
You can swap with most states in the U.S.
Yep.......but we share with alternatives, too.
"eyes"
alternatives?
Yes..........as in specialized areas.......some people don't like that big of a crowd Wood...but it's all good.

oic
All Things Plants is a good site.
I will have to check that site out. I have not heard of it.
