I find this sticking to leaves here and there. This one in the picture is the leaf of Balsam plant. I was wondering if they are eggs of some insect. But I really do not know and I turn to this forum for help hoping someone will be able to identify for me.
This plant is beneath the birdbath and now I come to think if that were some bird dropping??

Dinu, I wish I knew what they were for you. Did they ever hatch? Pretty sure they aren't Lady Beetles but Indian species many be different.
